Inspired by the warriors of the old world, this painting pays tribute to the Indigenous peoples of the Americas, their spirituality, their profound connection to nature, and their understanding of both the seen and unseen worlds. It is my artistic interpretation of the freedom that was taken from them, while honouring the resilience of their spirit and enduring cultural legacy.
