We take great care in preparing and packaging every artwork to ensure it reaches you safely and securely.

Processing Times

Original Artwork
Original artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 10 working days of your order being placed.

Signed Prints
Signed prints are dispatched within 10 working days of your order being placed.

Embellished Prints
As each embellished print requires additional time and attention to finish by hand, please allow up to 15 working days for dispatch.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracked Shipping

All artwork is sent using a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

The processing times above refer to the time required to prepare and dispatch your artwork. Delivery time is additional and will vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.

Please bear this in mind if you are ordering artwork for a particular date or as a gift.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Original artworks, signed prints and embellished prints are handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

International Orders

For orders being shipped internationally, delivery times may vary and delays can occasionally occur due to customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by their country. These charges are not included in the order or shipping price.
