This piece is a deeply personal work, created as I explored my own experiences with mental health struggles and the ways in which my narcolepsy has influenced, intensified, and brought those challenges to the surface. Through this painting, I sought to reflect the internal battles, uncertainty, and resilience that come with navigating the relationship between the mind, the body, and my own sense of identity.
